Back in October 2006 a new law cam into practice which changed the online gambling market, the law made it difficult for people in the USA based players to participate. From what I understand of the law, it basically states that it is illegal for a USA bank to send money to an online gambling website.
Despite this law there are numerous ways that USA citizens can deposit money and play in online casinos e.g they can send money to online wallets. Then they can send the money from the online wallet to an online casino.
